OlympusEBikes is dedicated to providing high-quality e-bikes designed for durability, performance, and reliability. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage, ensuring that your e-bike remains in top condition.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: OlympusEBikes offers a 1-year limited warranty on all new e-bikes purchased directly from OlympusEBikes, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Coverage Scope: The warranty applies to the original owner and covers the following components:
    • Frame: Structural defects in the e-bike frame.
    • Electrical Components: Battery, motor, controller, and display.
    • Mechanical Components: Brakes, suspension, and drivetrain.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, or damage resulting from modifications, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

2. Battery Warranty

  • The battery is covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects or capacity loss beyond 30% of the original capacity during normal use.
  • Battery Life: Batteries that have been overcharged, used incorrectly, or modified are not eligible for warranty coverage.

3. Claim Process

  • Contact Us: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact OlympusEBikes support at olympusebike@gmail.com with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving your claim, we may request photos or videos of the defect to assess eligibility before arranging any repairs or replacements.
  • Repairs and Replacements: Approved warranty claims will either be repaired or replaced with parts of equal or better quality at no additional cost. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished.

4. Limitations

  • Third-Party Modifications: Altering or modifying the e-bike with non-OlympusEBikes components voids the warranty.
  • Commercial Use: E-bikes used for commercial or rental purposes are covered by a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects, with no coverage for wear and tear.
  • Shipping Costs: For approved warranty claims, OlympusEBikes will cover the shipping costs for repairs or replacements within the warranty period.

5. Non-Transferable Warranty

  • This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

6. Additional Support

  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs: OlympusEBikes offers repair services for out-of-warranty items. Please contact support for a quote on parts and labor.
  • Extended Warranty: We offer an optional extended warranty plan. Contact us to learn more and add this coverage to your purchase.

7. Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear, consumables like brake pads and tires, cosmetic damage, and damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or external factors (e.g., weather, accidents) are not covered by this warranty.
